Acceptance of Terms
By using the Esthreall website on Shopify, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Products and Orders
a. Product Information: We aim to provide accurate product details, but colors may vary due to screen settings, and measurements may have slight differences.  Length is measured from the shoulder, chest from the middle width, and shoulder from the sleeve top ends. Refer to real life images. 
b. Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion.

Pricing and Payments
a. Currency: Prices are listed based on your country, and may change without prior notice.
b. Payment: Payments are processed securely through Shopify. By confirming your purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your payment method.

Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options which are standard/express and prepay + COD (85% COD and 15% Prepay), but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
b. International Orders: Customs fees, taxes, or duties on international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
a. Return Policy: Refer to our Return Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Sale pieces are not available for exchanges. 
b. Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 3 days if you receive a damaged item (e.g., collar or tag stitching on sale items due to dead stock).
c. Cancellations and Refunds: We do not offer cancellations or refunds on any deliveries, including MTO and pre-orders.
d. Store Credit: Store credit is issued only for damaged products, not for exchanges.

Chargebacks and Disputes
a. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
b. Disputes: Please reach out to us directly for any disputes related to your purchase. Legal action should be a last resort.

Limitation of Liability
Esthreall and Shopify are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
